The Philosophy

STILL operates on the principle that "stakes matter".

• The Engine: An intricate Web Audio API powers procedurally generated ambiances (Crackle, Wind, Reverb) paired with medically-aligned binaural beats (Alpha, Theta, Gamma).
• The Stakes: Abandoning a session requires an active confession, keeping users accountable and ensuring honest metric collection.
