This adds
changed-rootsaction, which is a generic version ofchanged-modules-go.Notes
This is a near-direct copy of the action, but changing everything to more generic naming conventions, and adding a
root-fileinput.If the input for this action would be
go.mod, then it should have the same behaviour aschanged-modules-go, but now allows you to usepackage.jsonorChart.yaml, for example.Motivation
Would like this for helm charts.
