I work the deepest-tier technical escalations on GitHub's platform, contribute production code to the Rails monolith, and build internal tooling. The work I care about is the judgment-heavy kind: root-causing failures across production systems, reasoning about security and rollout risk, and making hard things legible to other engineers.
