Summary

Promotes the current dev branch to main.

This includes the recent development batch:

• Adds SSH integration tests and unit test coverage.
• Converts dependency and test workflow to uv and removes requirements.txt.
• Fixes SSH session log attribution and config-relative path behavior.
• Adds the first GitHub Actions pytest workflow.
• Adds the DECEIVE AGENTS.md project guide.
