v1.0.1 More Immutability

v1.0.0 provided an immutable GitHub release. v1.0.1 makes tags in the Elastic Container Registry repository immutable, improving software supply chain security within your AWS environment.

Before rebuilding the container image, you must change the HELLO_API_IMAGE_TAG environment variable or the push stage will now fail with a cannot be overwritten error.

Keep in mind that even though they share the same form, version numbers in GitHub release tags and container image tags are unrelated.
