This should resolve unit test failures. Also pin cinder-tempest-plugin to 2024.1-last tag, otherwise it is used from master branch, which is not compatible with this old branch. Change-Id: Id9739630e0ce412ea4027e64b0e27db81159ad14 Signed-off-by: Pierre Riteau <pierre@stackhpc.com>
