docs: add “Copy from existing” guidance for components and zones

Update documentation for strapi/strapi#26611

Updated the content-manager documentation to explain how to reuse component data via the Copy from existing / Copy buttons. The new text covers copying from another entry with the same component, including the modal flow to search/select an entry and choose which component data to copy. It also documents the Recently copied section for quick reuse when adding non-repeatable components, repeatable components, and dynamic zone components.
