Fix the Alloy configuration failure that prevented the metrics collector from starting. Kubernetes and node metrics can resume reaching Grafana after Argo CD syncs the merged change.\n\nValidation: rendered k8s-monitoring 4.3.1, Helm strict lint, and scripts/validate.py.
