Change

• Publish Runtime 0.134.9 with the current @tangle-network/agent-knowledge 8.0.0 release.
• Update the pnpm catalog and lockfile so consumers install Knowledge 8.0.0.
• Regenerate the versioned fixtures and API catalog for the release.
