  • Core Runtime: Decoupled runtime.py by in-lining TF-free flatbuffer parsing code, removing dependency on mirrored flatbuffer_utils.py .
  • Debugger ported to LiteRT: Updated layer_by_layer_debugger.py to use standard open() and ai-edge-litert
