Use a small OSS-Fuzz build wrapper so quic-go local builds with a mounted checkout execute that checkout's oss-fuzz.sh instead of a copy baked into the image.
I'm working on a CI job that uses the (live) corpus of OSS-Fuzz (see quic-go/quic-go#4036). This requires a service account with access to the storage bucket.
