NOTE: DEMO's are currently not working until branches are merged.

Site: Media Optimizer: Release notes
Site: Media Optimizer: Updated Landing Page- includes full feature demo
Site: Media Optimizer: Updated Image feature page
Site: Media Optimizer: New Video feature page

Changes:

Includes updating all instances, references from Image Optimizer to Media Optimizer.
Split up old uploadcare.adoc file to include landing page, and two new sub-feature pages with supporting options for image and video.
New demos to showcase both independantly.

Pre-checks:

Branch prefixed with feature/<version>/, hotfix/<version>/, staging/<version>/, or release/<version>/.
modules/ROOT/nav.adoc has been updated (if applicable).
Included a release note entry for any New product features.
revert 8-dev to 8 before merging.
