It now accepts a pointer to constant buffer of Py_UCS4.
Configure node version as part of the emscripten build script, and install that node version if it isn't available.
- Add leading space so that the spacing between the previous annotation and the thread safety annotation looks correct. - Remove trailing period from the link to the thread safety level.
