Documents the new `bb swap execute` / `bb swap estimate --execute` path (ticket 0440): BitBadges-only routes sign+broadcast via the reused deploy signing flags; cross-chain / EVM / multi-hop routes are returned but not auto-executed (explicit not-implemented), with the /sign + `bb swap track` handoff. Adds a CLI section to the swap commands page, fixes the swap subcommand list in the standards table, and cross-links from the estimate API page.
