chore: bump develop version to 0.3.1-develop after v0.3.0#36
Merged
Conversation
The prior value (0.2.1-develop) was stale — v0.2.1 had already shipped, so the v0.3.0 release required a manual version_override. Bumping to the next patch dev version keeps the default Prepare Release path working. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
