One line in Dev-Utilities (house em-dash format). nika is a workflow engine for AI written in Rust (AGPL): .nika.yaml DAGs statically checked before execution (schema, permits, cost floor), tamper-evident hash-chained traces after; local-first (Ollama/llama.cpp/vLLM), MCP client and server, single binary.
