muvm per se works with musl, right? maybe it does not need to depend on fex? |

I'll test then and see if muvm can compile without FEX after I sleep |

I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (aarch64-glibc)
I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark crossbuilds):
add Asahi Linux's muvm for ARM64, including FEX, and libkrun #61287 This is a rebase and resubmit of this pull request to fix linting issues and clean up the git history. Here is a screenshot of it being tested, now finally supporting venus hardware acceleration, so hopefully soon mesa's package will be changed (probably by me) to allow a FEX RootFS to be made with Asahi drivers.
