Adds a .advisement box to the Status of This Document section noting that this specification is currently implemented in a single browser engine (Blink), with a reference to the Device Orientation and Motion specification as a cross-engine alternative, and links to implementer standards positions. Per TAG requirement (w3ctag/design-reviews#1187): each document's support level should be visible in its SotD section.
