- Augmented wfbench so that it can take in .json files for the input/output file command-line arguments (to avoid "command line too long errors")
- Modified the nextflow translator so that it uses the above feature for better scalability for large workflows
- Modified the nextflow translator so that it avoids "function code too long" errors for tasks with large fan-in
as .json files instead of as command-line JSON strings.
