This is an unmodified copy of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Stackdriver/stackdriver-agent-service-configs/master/etc/collectd.d/couchdb.conf. I'm adding it here to aid interdiffing and to show the version from which I started.
* Add shell stackdriver-agent shell wrapper. * Change to CouchDB 2.x metrics names. * Export metrics in custom namespace since they no longer match predefined metrics names.

We considered adapting stackdriver-agent to collect metrics from CouchDB, but we ended up going a different way (couchdb-prometheus-exporter + prometheus-to-sd; see gpii-ops/gpii-infra#230.) I am sharing this PR in case it is helpful to someone else.
(See also gpii-ops#2 though I will delete that fork soon.)
