- 修复UNIQUE KEY/INDEX/CONSTRAINT语句被错误解析为列定义的bug
- 添加SQL列定义中COMMENT注释的提取功能
- 新增属性显示格式选择器，支持三种模式：
- 仅显示字段名
- 显示注释（注释为空时回退到字段名）
- 任意（优先显示注释，无注释时显示字段名）
- 切换显示格式时自动重新生成ER图
