- Upgrade macos-14 to macos-15 for aarch64-apple-darwin
- Change ubuntu-latest to ubuntu-22.04 for x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
- Downgrade ubuntu-24.04-arm to ubuntu-22.04-arm for aarch64-unknown-linux-gnu
- Bump actions/checkout from v4 to v6
- Bump actions/upload-artifact from v4 to v7
- Bump actions/download-artifact from v4 to v8
