Adds zig-nostr/nostr — a native-Zig implementation of the Nostr protocol: secp256k1/Schnorr keys, events, outbox-model relay transport, a local-first LMDB store, and NIP-46 remote signing. MIT-licensed and CI-tested;
make allpasses with no new lint errors.
