[WIP] Add Binary Case Support

Context

This WIP PR adds binary vector benchmark support on top of the current main branch. It is based directly on main and does not depend on a preceding PR.

Changes

• Add binary dataset handling for SIFT binary benchmark data.
• Add Elasticsearch binary vector configuration support.
• Add Zilliz Cloud/Milvus binary search path support.
• Add focused tests for dataset loading and Elasticsearch binary config.

Status

WIP: benchmark validation is in progress and result artifacts are not part of this PR.
