The Workshop workflow was disabled in the Actions UI at 04:54Z, before this PR opened at 07:43Z, so no `Workshop CI` check was ever created and the PR sat on "1 expected check". The workflow is active again; this empty commit produces the pull_request event that was missing. No files change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
