feat: add the local first-value quickstart path

Outcome

Makes OpenAdapt's free local product path a first-class website journey instead of sending developers into the longer documentation walkthrough.

Changes

• adds /start with a two-command path from install to a complete local recording, compiled bundle, and run report
• routes homepage, pricing offer, product navigation, footer, and sitemap to the new path
• hands successful local users to the existing secure Cloud bridge or workflow qualification
• instruments only privacy-safe copy and handoff events; no command contents or customer data are collected

Verification

• npm test (153 passed)
• npm run build (40 static pages, including /start)
• npm run verify:presentations (4 exact assets)
• git diff --check

Merge dependency

Do not merge until OpenAdaptAI/OpenAdapt#1059 is merged and a released openadapt package exposes openadapt quickstart. This keeps the published website from advertising a command that is not yet installable.
