• emrg: restart-to-apply — install runtime python + PYTHONPATH in packaged mode; emrg stop --skip-gui (rant 2026-08-21T12:44:34) #916 restart-to-apply — 打包模式用 install runtime python + PYTHONPATH；emrg stop --skip-gui（重启链路完善）
• emrg: upgrade banner — in-memory run version vs live installed_version, dedicated upgrade event (rant 2026-08-21T14:38:27) #917 upgrade banner — daemon 内存运行版本 vs 实时 installed_version + 专用 upgrade 事件（横幅模型重构）
• emrg: GUI daemon liveness — fixed-port TCP probe, never delete healthy daemon's token (rant 2026-08-21T15:26:42) #918 GUI daemon liveness — 固定端口 TCP 探测替代 emrgd.pid，绝不删健康 daemon 的 token（误删 token 修复）

8 文件版本 bump 0.2.62 → 0.2.63。
