Implement Deterministic Backend Trust Engine for BioNeMo Dashboard

This change enforces a completely deterministic four-tier trust logic, which relies on strict evidentiary data extracted by the backend via trust_engine.py. This data is pushed dynamically into lab_template.html and polled continuously using Javascript. We specifically handled the hardcaps via python to avoid hard-coded score assumptions and ensure rigorous reproducibility assertions based on explicit parameters rather than just evidence counts. Additional features include an 'Audit Record' collapsible drawer containing execution and schema tracing payload.
